If you are not happy for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of purchasing. To qualify for a full refund, bottles must be unopened and must not have been tampered with.

Be sure to include a note with your name, address, phone number and RMA number along with your item and it’s original packaging. We will credit your account in full once the returned products have been received. Customer will be responsible for any charges for return shipping.

International Returns  

HCGDIETMARKET.COM is not responsible for delays in the delivery of your order within your country. Lost orders by the delivering country’s postal service or ground shipping freight service is the responsibility of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact their local post office to check on delivery and the whereabouts of your order. HCGDIETMARKET  is responsible for getting your order to the last exit point of the US Postal Service in the United States. A tracking number or delivery confirmation number will be provided to you. You can expect delays in delivery at various times of the year.

Customs 

We are not responsible for products being confiscated by the Customs in your countries.

• Do not order items that are not allowed to import into your country.
• It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
• If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund.
